Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our website, select the clothing or home fragrance items you want, and add them to your cart. For clothing, choose your size (XS, S, M, L, or XL). Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, select a payment method, and confirm. You will receive an order-confirmation email within minutes.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. Email us at info@dandelionhomegift.com or call +1 (480) 494-5279 with your order number. After 2 hours, your order may have entered our fulfillment process and changes may not be possible.


Why was my order cancelled?

We may cancel orders in cases of payment authorization failures, invalid billing or shipping information, pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


What currency are prices displayed in?

All prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). The total displayed at checkout includes the product price, applicable taxes, and free standard shipping.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

The charge will appear as "Dandelion Home Gift" on your statement. If you see a charge under this name that you do not recognize, please contact us before contacting your bank — we can usually resolve the question immediately.


Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not charge handling or processing fees.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.


How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.


How are my items packaged?

Clothing is folded, tissue-wrapped, and placed in protective packaging. Candles and diffusers receive additional cushioning to prevent breakage. All orders arrive gift-ready.

What sizes do you carry?

Our clothing is available in XS, S, M, L, and XL (U.S. standard women's sizing). Some styles may also be available in extended sizes. Check each product page for available sizes.


How do I know which size to order?

What if the clothing I ordered doesn't fit?

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at info@dandelionhomegift.com and we will send you a prepaid return label and ship the correct size at no additional cost, subject to availability.


What fabrics do you use?

Our clothing features a range of fabrics including 100% cotton, cotton-polyester-spandex blends, scuba fabric (polyester blend), 100% lyocell, polyester-cotton blends with satin finish, 100% polyester (fully lined), and linen-rayon blends. Each product page lists the specific fabric composition.


Should I wash my clothing before wearing?

We recommend washing all clothing before your first wear, following the care instructions on the garment label. This is especially important for items with natural fibers like cotton and linen, which may benefit from a gentle first wash to soften the fabric.


Home Fragrance

What types of home fragrance products do you carry?

We offer scented jar candles (housed in decorative glass vessels), unscented taper candles (sets of 2), and reed diffusers (in hand-painted ceramic vessels). Each product page includes fragrance notes, burn time (for candles), and volume information.


Are your candles safe for homes with pets?

Our candles are made from soy wax blends and high-quality wax, free from formaldehyde, phthalates, and animal products. However, as with any scented product, we recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets and children.


Can I reuse the candle or diffuser vessel?

Yes. Our candle glass vessels and hand-painted ceramic diffuser containers are designed to be repurposed as small planters, trinket holders, vases, or decorative accents once the product is consumed.


How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by product. For example, our 3oz jar candles provide up to 20 hours of burn time. Please refer to each product page for specific burn-time information and follow all safety guidelines provided.


Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.


Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid return-shipping label will be provided at no charge upon authorization of your return.


How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.


Can I return a candle or diffuser?

Only if the product is unburned, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging. Once a candle has been lit or a diffuser has been used, we cannot accept a return for safety and hygiene reasons.


How do I start a return?

Email us at info@dandelionhomegift.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please include photographs. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
