Candle and diffuser vessels may be repurposed as decorative accents after the product is consumed.

8. Placing an Order

An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and receive an automated order-confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous (lower 48) United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

14. Packaging

Clothing items are folded, tissue-wrapped, and placed in protective poly bags or branded packaging. Home fragrance products (candles, diffusers) are wrapped with additional cushioning to prevent breakage during transit. All items arrive gift-ready.

Part V — Returns and Refunds

15. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

16. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, clothing items must show:

  • No signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair
  • No alteration, tailoring, or damage beyond normal try-on
  • All original tags, hang tags, and brand labels intact
  • Original packaging included (poly bag, tissue paper, brand box)

Home fragrance items (candles, diffusers) must be unburned, unused, and in their original, unopened packaging.
